AI Football provides sports information and app features that may include:

• Live football scores, fixtures, schedules, standings, and match updates
• Match statistics, historical data, team data, and league information
• Sports data visualization, trend analysis, and match-related insights
• AI-generated probability, score, handicap, over/under, and index reference information
• Favorites, alerts, push notifications, user profiles, and customer support
• Memberships, coins or credits, AI analysis usage packages, and other digital features where available
• Community, chat, comments, or other user-content features where available

• AI analysis, score predictions, probabilities, indices, handicap data, and over/under references are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• No content in the Service is betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any match result or profit.
• You must not use the Service to promote gambling, solicit bets, sell betting tips, operate betting groups, or direct users to gambling platforms.
• We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action if the Service is used for gambling promotion or other illegal activity.

AI Football may use statistical models, historical data, market/index references, and other sports data to generate analysis. These outputs are estimates and may be wrong.

• AI outputs are not professional advice and should not be relied on as the only basis for any decision.
• Sports events are uncertain, and past data does not guarantee future performance.
• We do not guarantee prediction accuracy, match outcomes, data completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI feature at any time for technical, compliance, or business reasons.

You may be able to create or access an account using supported login methods such as Sign in with Apple, email login, phone verification, or other login providers made available in the App.

• You must provide accurate, current, and lawful account information.
• You may not impersonate another person, organization, club, league, brand, or official entity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• You must promptly contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Account deletion and privacy requests can be submitted through the account deletion page or by contacting our support email listed below.

The Service may offer subscriptions, memberships, coins, credits, AI analysis usage, premium content, or other digital features. Where required by Apple App Store rules, these digital products are provided through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Coins, credits, membership benefits, and AI analysis usage are digital items for use only inside the Service.
• Coins and credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Service.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.
• Prices, durations, benefits, free trials, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase where applicable.
• Payment, billing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms.
• We do not support external payment methods, QR-code payments, cryptocurrency payments, bank transfers, or offline payments for digital features inside the iOS App unless permitted by applicable App Store rules and entitlements.

If the Service allows profiles, avatars, chat rooms, comments, feedback, customer support messages, or other user-submitted content ("User Content"), you are responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to upload, post, share, or transmit User Content that:

• is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, bullying, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory;
• promotes gambling, betting groups, illegal financial activity, fraud, scams, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or organization;
• contains personal data of other people without permission;
• impersonates official teams, leagues, football organizations, athletes, journalists, data providers, or AI Football staff;
• contains malware, malicious links, scraping tools, or attempts to disrupt the Service.

• Where available, users can report objectionable content and block abusive users.
• We will make reasonable efforts to review reports and respond to safety concerns in a timely manner.
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, and use that content only as necessary to operate, improve, and protect the Service.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its source code;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, automated tools, or bulk download methods to access or copy content;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit sports data, AI outputs, or App content without written permission;
• interfere with, overload, attack, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, APIs, or networks;
• circumvent payment, subscription, access control, anti-fraud, moderation, or security systems;
• use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead users, manipulate reviews, or engage in abusive conduct.

The Service, including its software, interface, layouts, designs, logos, brand assets, text, data presentation, AI-generated display format, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
• Match data, statistics, images, news, logos, trademarks, and other third-party materials may be owned by their respective rights holders or data providers.
• All team names, league names, tournament names, club names, player names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Unless expressly stated, AI Football is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with FIFA, UEFA, any league, club, team, player, broadcaster, data provider, or betting operator.

If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient details so we can review the matter.

The Service may integrate or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Apple services, including Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, App Store subscriptions, and push notification services;
• authentication providers, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, advertising networks, cloud hosting, content delivery networks, and sports data providers;
• third-party websites or services linked for support, legal documents, or informational purposes.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, service interruptions, data feed errors, policy changes, or external websites not controlled by us.

• The Service may send match alerts, score updates, team reminders, product notices, or other notifications if you enable them.
• You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or in-app settings where available.
• Advertising may be shown in the Service, and membership features may include reduced advertising or no advertising where available.
• Promotional notifications will only be sent where permitted by law and applicable platform rules.

Advertising and analytics data are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable consent settings.

We do not guarantee that:

• scores, statistics, schedules, standings, AI outputs, or other information will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free;
• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, virus-free, or available in all regions at all times;
• any prediction, probability, trend, or analysis will match actual sports outcomes;
• the Service will meet your personal expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption;
• losses resulting from reliance on sports data, AI analysis, predictions, probabilities, or third-party information;
• losses caused by service outages, data feed delays, account misuse, unauthorized access, or third-party services;
• claims arising from user content or conduct of other users.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you:

• violated these Terms, the Privacy Policy, community standards, or applicable laws;
• engaged in fraud, abuse, spam, gambling promotion, unauthorized commercial use, or security attacks;
• created risk or potential legal exposure for AI Football, other users, or third-party partners.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion through the App, the account deletion page, or by contacting us.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, including scores, AI features, memberships, data sources, community features, or availability in certain regions.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when the Terms are updated. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies permitted under applicable law.
